Your info is precious to you

So it's only fair that I explain clearly what happens to it on this site.

Your personal details

When you fill in a form or download a document, I might use this to get back to you if you’ve asked a question, say. I'll never pass your information on to anyone else (no matter how much money they offer for it).

Your anonymous info

The site also automatically records information about your browsing habits – like when you’re logging on and where from, and what you look at when you’re here. This anonymous info helps me understand how visitors are using the site, and hopefully make it better.

Those cookies you keep hearing about

Like most websites, this one uses cookies to improve your experience. Cookies mean that a website will 'remember' you. They’re small text files that sites transfer to your computer (or phone or tablet or iDoodar). They make interacting with a website faster and easier – for example by automatically filling your name and address in text fields.

You’ll find links to other websites on this site. Bear in mind they’ll all have their own privacy policies, so don’t assume my rules are their rules. If you’re worried, take a look at their privacy statements before you get stuck into their sites.

Changing this policy

This policy isn’t written on vellum – I can change it at any time. If I do, I’ll make it clear on this page, so keep checking back. I'll keep all the old versions here too. If your info was colluected under an old policy version, those are the rules that apply.
